Ultimate Balsamic

These two are for the ultimate Balsamic lover and couldn't be more different.  Our golden balsamic is light and crisp and pairs well with foods you don't want to tarnish the color like you might with 'traditional' balsamics (Fish, Salads, etc).  Our 18 year Balsamico di Modena is thick and sweet!  It's like candy!  You will get gasps of excitement when you drizzle this on vanilla ice cream!!  Then disbelief when you tell your guests it's balsamic vinegar! Both of these vinegars are delicious and versatile yet complete opposites.
